I realized that, the teachers been so so good to us. not only they thought him very well. but.. everything! including for keeping up their patience against my son's condition. that is something that I always treasure and I pray to Allah - for Allah to bless them in what ever they do.
n I realized that we've always contributed money n food to the school in every programme that they did. We contributed money n food to the school sports day, to the concert, to every festivals they celebrated in school and also for the teacher's day celebration. every year, never fail! But i realized that, I never ever give the teachers any presents on teachers day. not that i dont treasure what they did to my son. it just that, it didnt come across into my mind to get them prezzies. i guess it's the way that i was brought up. dont get me wrong.. I dont blame my parents for being "agak susah" that they cant actually give us any money to buy any presents for the teachers ya.. yes my parents was susah when I was small up to my uni live. and coz of limited money that I had, I never give any of my teachers any presents at all (other than doa n terima kasih)!. maybe sbb tulah aku agak blur tentang sambutan hari guru hahaha
Anyway, all I remember about teachers days adalah,
i) we'll be having loooooooooong assembly
ii) teachers nyanyi lagu paling fofular di kalangan guru2 yakni "Kami Guru Malaysia"
iii) ketua murid (aka mat skema *LOL*) akn bg ucapan. pastu pengawas2 lain akk bg bunga ros sorg satu kt setiap cikgu.
iv) cikgu2 kena buli buat persembahan.. hahahah lawaks lawaks cam kena buli la pulak..
lain2 aku xingat. maklum ler dh tua n dh lama tgglkn sekolah.. tp yg pastinya aku rasa zmn skrg teacher day dicelebrate lebih grande dr zmn aku sekolah! haha
So i have decided that, since this yr will be the final yr farris in this kindy, i'll make sure i'll give the principal n his class teacher hadiah hari guru. maybe i'll get them sutera digital from terengganu since i'll be back to terengganu this feb (sounds like early teachers day wish rite? haha). husband said about getthing somekind of kristal for them. not so sure bout his plan lah.
but one thing for sure n insyaallah, ujung taun, on the last day of his school day, i nk bg the kindy this present...
